During the Covid-19 situation, we strongly advise our international customers (we are in the UK) to use the TRACKED option. You will receive a tracking ID number when your stickers are posted and will be able to follow your order on it's journey to you.
If you are not in the UK and do not use the tracked service, we will be unable to update you on your orders progress. Due to the current situation with Covid-19, all postal services are experiencing delays of up to 6 weeks due to a lack of staff, increased demand and fewer planes and transport links. If you order and use the 'standard' option, which is untracked, we will ask you to wait the full 6 weeks before we can help you with anything that hasn't arrived. Please only order if you are OK with this.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail every Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Our standard shipping option is UNTRACKED and there will be no tracking information available. If you upgraded to the TRACKED option, you should have received the tracking information in your dispatch email. Please get in touch if you can't find it and we'll help you out.
Stickers will be sent 2-10 days after ordering.
POSTAGE: (Once marked as shipped)
• Orders to the UK-please allow 1-4 days
• Orders to Europe-please allow 1-14 days
• Orders to USA, Canada, Australia-please allow 1-40 days
We really hope that you love our stickers! Please contact us if you are less than satisfied and we will do our best to resolve your issue, either with a replacement or a refund. We are a small family-run business and despite our very best efforts, sometimes we make mistakes! Please get in touch and we'll get things sorted for you.
You are able to request a cancellation of your order up until it is posted. If you have changed your mind, you will need to send your order back to us and cover the cost of the return postage yourself.
