We try our best to keep our processing times between 1 and 10 days but during our busier times this is likely to increase. Please check the banner at the top of our homepage for the latest time-frame we are working to!

To keep the price of postage down, we post orders with standard post which is un-tracked. If you would like to have your order tracked, please select the 'tracked' option at the checkout.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is marked as dispatched.

Oh no! Please send us a message via the contact form on the website and we will get things sorted for you. We are a family-run business and despite our best efforts, mistakes do sometimes happen - we are only human! :)

Usually, yes! Sometimes we are very busy and have to put custom designs on hold but we try our best to accommodate people's requests. Unfortunately, we can't create personalised designs - our rule of thumb is that if more than one person would like the idea, then we will design it! Please feel free to message me with your ideas.

It depends on the design, but drop us a message with your idea and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Search for the 'custom word' listing and purchase it as normal. Then, drop me a note with the word or phrase you'd like. Please note, this is for ONE word or phrase only, repeated as many times as I can fit onto one sheet.

Customisation costs £2 more than regular stickers, and you will only pay that design fee on the first sheet. If you would like more than one sheet, please purchase the quantity required from the 'additional sheets' listing below to avoid paying extra on additional sheets.
